Two Year Forward Allocation Opportunity

Ruralco Water, as agent on behalf of MIL, offers this opportunity to secure temporary allocations at a fixed price for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 water years. The temporary allocations will be offered under a forward allocation contract with a nominated delivery date each year. The full allocation volume will be delivered to the buyer on the delivery date each year regardless of prevailing allocation percentage. Payment each year will be two weeks prior to the delivery date.

This opportunity is exclusive to MIL Customers and an excellent opportunity to secure future temporary allocations at a fixed price to support longer term cropping decisions and plans.

A total of 20GL will be offered in various size
parcels by online auction as per below

The auction for each individual parcel will commence closing on 9 February 2026, with the final auction closing on 20 February 2026.
